Document-intake mechanics, per stack.

Every stack has its own edge cases. A Drive folder-watcher behaves differently than a Box ingest endpoint, which behaves differently than Airtable record validation. These pages describe how the processes fit — what they read, what they write, what they deliberately don’t touch.

Current stack pages

• Google Drive — document intake. Watch a folder, extract fields, draft records, archive the source. Reviewer approves inside the normal queue.
• Airtable — record validation. Scheduled validation rules (required fields, relational integrity, date ranges, enum conformance) running over existing records. Flags, never auto-edits.
• Box — invoice extraction. Invoice OCR + line-item extraction out of a Box folder, queued for AP review, full audit trail.
